We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Senior HR Business Partner to lead and oversee our HR function for a period of 8 months. This key role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring a smooth transition during this critical time.

  • Starting date: 1st of June or by arrangement

  • Preferred workload: 100%

  • Working Location: Zurich

Job requirements

WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US:

  • You’re responsible for managing the local HR Team, which includes leading and overseeing all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle

  • Coordinating our payroll process together with the Indian payroll team and the local vendor

  • Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring that people-related issues are addressed effectively and in alignment with business priorities

  • Leading the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulatio

  • Taking over the role as Staff Leasing Officer and employer representative in the BVG commission

  • Supporting and guiding through the ongoing HR integration in Switzerland in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders

  • Lead current and future business transfers in Switzerland

WITH THIS YOU SUCCEED:

  • At least 5 -10 years of experience in a leading HR function

  • Proven experience in Swiss labor law, Swiss social insurances and in staff leasing

  • Preferably experience in an interim role in a similar international set-up

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, written and spoken

  • Strong communication skills as well as a flexible and proactive way of working

  • Enjoy working in local and international teams
