We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Senior HR Business Partner to lead and oversee our HR function for a period of 8 months.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim HR Manager to support all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle for a period of 9 months. This key role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth transition during this critical time.

  •        Starting date: 1st of July or by arrangement

  •        Duration: end of March 2026

  •        Preferred workload: 100%

  •        Working Location: Zurich

Job requirements

WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US:

  • Manage and oversee all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle

  • Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring that people-related issues are addressed effectively and in alignment with business priorities

  • Contributing to the payroll process in coordination with the Indian payroll team and local vendor

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations

  • Supporting and guiding through the ongoing HR integration in Switzerland in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders

  • Lead potential future business transfers in Switzerland

WITH THIS YOU SUCCEED:

  •        At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role

  •        Eidg. HR Fachausweis (Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent qualification

  •        Proven experience in Swiss labor law and Swiss social insurances

  •        Preferably experience in a similar international set-up

  •        Excellent knowledge of German and English, written and spoken

  •        Strong communication skills as well as a flexible and proactive way of working

  •        Enjoy working in local and international teams
